About the Translator:
       ZHANG Xiufang, born in 1980, is from Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. She is a postgraduate student majoring in English language and literature of Guangxi Normal University and obtained a master's degree in literature. From 2019 to 2021, she was a visiting scholar at Wuhan University. Currently, she serves as the vice dean of the School of Foreign Languages at Wuhan Qingchuan University.
       She has edited a series of textbooks including Newstart College English and Comprehensive Training for Newstart College English. She has participated in the compilation of An Introductory Course Book of English and American Literature.
       A Layman’s Rambling Talk of Chines Issues, written by LU Xun, is ZHANG Xiufang’s first translation work. Although new to the field of translation, she shows great enthusiasm and potential.
